These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PK33 and everything you do on the platform — from creating an account to placing bets and requesting withdrawals. Please read them carefully before you register.

By registering an account on PK33, accessing the platform, or using any of PK33's Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This includes the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or access PK33's Services. Continued use of PK33 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To register and use PK33, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
Age Verification: PK33 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. We actively verify player ages during KYC review. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be permanently closed immediately and all funds handled in accordance with applicable law. Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing PK33.
Each player may hold only one registered account on PK33. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created without your knowledge, contact PK33 support immediately.
During registration and at any subsequent point, PK33 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) by providing:
Withdrawals above Rs 50,000 are subject to mandatory KYC completion. PK33 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending verification. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate account termination.
One Account Per Person: This is a strict rule on PK33. Even if you have a family member with a separate account on the same device or network, each person must have their own verified identity on file. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your PK33 login credentials. PK33 will never ask for your password by email, phone, or live chat. Any activity carried out on your account using your correct credentials is treated as authorised by you, unless you have reported a compromise to PK33 support beforehand.
PK33 is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials, unless the breach occurred through a fault on PK33's own systems.
Deposits: All deposits on PK33 are processed in Pakistani Rupees via accepted payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in your name are not permitted.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:
Currency: PK33 operates entirely in PKR. There are no currency conversions on the platform. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account in full, less any applicable payment processing fees charged by your payment provider (not by PK33).
Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. PK33 will attempt to contact the account holder via registered email. After 30 days with no response, an inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 per month may be deducted from the dormant balance.
PK33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following general terms apply to all PK33 promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:
Fair Play on Bonuses: PK33 monitors for bonus abuse patterns — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to complete wagering requirements while minimising real betting activity. Accounts identified as engaging in systematic bonus abuse will have pending bonus winnings voided and may have their account reviewed.
All bets placed on PK33 are subject to the general rules in this section as well as any specific rules applicable to the individual game or sports market involved.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on PK33 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:
PK33 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Suspected illegal activity on the platform will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
All content on PK33 — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game graphics, text, software, trademarks, and service marks — is the intellectual property of PK33 or its licensed game and content providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use PK33's platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

Problem Gambling Help: If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, finances, or relationships, please stop playing and seek help. PK33 supports responsible gaming and will facilitate your self-exclusion or account closure immediately upon request, no questions asked.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PK33's liability to any Player is limited as follows:
Nothing in these Terms limits PK33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
PK33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time. Common reasons for account action include:
When an account is closed by PK33 for a terms breach, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds and any winnings from prohibited activity) will be reviewed and returned where appropriate after deducting any sums owed to PK33. When an account is closed at a Player's own request, the real-money balance is returned in full via the Player's registered withdrawal method.
Players may voluntarily close their PK33 account at any time by contacting support at support@pk33-khelo.com.
PK33 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, payment terms, or core account rules — PK33 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account and by displaying a notice on the platform.
Minor updates, such as clarifications of existing language, corrections, or updates to reflect new payment methods, may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the date of the most recent revision.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using PK33 and contact support to close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of PK33 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Formal Complaints Process: If your initial support contact does not resolve your concern, you may escalate by emailing our complaints team with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and including your username, a description of the issue, and any relevant transaction IDs or timestamps. PK33 will acknowledge formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days.
PK33 aims to resolve all disputes directly with players. Any unresolved dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction and laws applicable to PK33's operating territory. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall take precedence.
